  • Management of CVs received: Consent and application of pre-contractual measures, if applicable.
  • Commercial procedures consisting of sending personalized advertising and commercial communications from our group of companies (Gmp Group) specializing in products and services of interest to our clients and users. We perform simple segmentation to establish specific distribution lists (for example: Gmp Group building where they work, age, gender, etc.) and always based on information obtained from our own sources. Consent expressly given by the user.

If the user provides third-party data, they declare that they have their consent and undertake to provide them with the information contained in this Privacy Policy, releasing the data controller from any liability in this regard. The user acknowledges the truthfulness and accuracy of the Personal Data provided, as well as that it is up-to-date. Gmp reserves the right to exclude from its registered services any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other legal actions. The user shall be solely responsible for any damages caused to Gmp or third parties by any false or inaccurate statements or information provided.

Recipients of personal data.

Users’ personal data will not be transferred to other persons or companies to be used for their own purposes. However, Gmp may share your personal data with other entities within the Gmp business group, with your consent where necessary, who may access your personal data and information to assist Gmp in managing the pre-contractual relationship or processing your request. Gmp ensures that all these entities comply with the data protection regulations, which are also directly applicable to them.

However, Gmp will disclose your personal data and any other information in its possession or accessible through its systems to the competent public authorities and is required in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions.

Retention Periods

Your personal data will be retained while the request or request is being processed. Once the query has been resolved to the user’s satisfaction, Gmp will delete your contact information.

Regarding the transmission of information related to human resources management, your personal data will be retained as long as necessary for the selection process, and will be subsequently deleted, unless the User (candidate) authorizes its retention for a longer period.

The User may exercise the rights detailed below with Gmp, by emailing privacidad@grupogmp.com or by writing to the postal address of Gmp Property SOCIMI, S.A., with registered office at Calle Luchana 23, C.P. 28010 Madrid, Tax ID No. A-28396042, addressed to the Legal Department. The application must contain sufficient proof of identity, as well as the minimum content required by applicable regulations. If the application does not meet the specified requirements, Gmp may request its correction. No compensation will be required for the exercise of rights.

The User must be aware that Gmp is not responsible for the personal data protection practices of websites whose links may be displayed on the various Gmp websites. These websites, other than Gmp, will be responsible for the files they generate with the personal data provided by the User through said third-party website. Therefore, Gmp assumes no responsibility for said files. We encourage the User to read the privacy statement of each and every website that collects personal data. This privacy policy may be modified by Gmp after informing the Application of the change, maintaining the criteria of information transparency and fair processing that govern Gmp’s actions with respect to the processing of personal data. Furthermore, this Privacy Policy will not apply to any other processing carried out by Gmp for the fulfillment of its own purposes other than those indicated in this Privacy Policy.
